Looks like I barked up the wrong tree regarding Porter - Wade and I tracked down a guy who said that Porter's been out of commission for a solid month recovering from a broken limb or whatever.

I guess that makes sense, since they were grabbed from Hope's trip home, and who could have known Laurie would accompany her. Meh, logic.

I did a deep scrub of Hope's computer. She went home to visit a friend (Amy Wright). Her computer showed a lot of activity prior to the disappearance on the forums of an organization called the Forum for Genetic Harmony. It also seems that Ms. Wright has gone traveling since Laurie and Hope's disappearance.

I'm going to guess that she's involved somehow, and that's the next thread to be tracked.
