Scott just dropped me a line. It seems that Jennie Stavros has gone...missing. The X-Men and Xavier are looking for her but so far they haven't turned up much. But this is what we do.

Jennie was visiting her father and then supposed to come home. She left a message at the school saying she was going to be staying longer there and left a message with her father that she was heading back to the school. She boarded a flight to Paris but after that, they lose where she went. No credit card numbers, no cell phone uses.

I've got some contacts over in Europe that I'll be getting in touch with but if anyone can start to poke around and find something, that would be fantastic.

And I'd be very greatful.

Bugger. Bloody buggery fuck.

Forge asked me for a location spell the other day, but all I could get was she's in a decent-sized city - one of mine - in Europe. I'll do some more research and testing, see if I can't hone the spell any finer, but that's best I can do at the moment.

Well, I haven't been to every city in Europe to figure out which are mine or not, but you're looking at something of a particular size, history and personality. Stick to the capitals or those with some sort of cultural/historial/social significance. I'll hit the books.

I've got Betsy working on Air France. If she wanted to jump ship, Paris is perfect for it. There's little to no identification involved in the train system, and every damn liner ships out of there.

It's a damn black dog in an unlit basement unless they can tell us more. I've called Gavin and threatened his life, so he's got people working on it as well. Frost's plane in on standby if we hear anything. If things are still null by Sunday, I'll hit Paris and take over personally.

All I get is change. Which is entirely not at all helpful. And nothing at all about Jenny. But her powers have always made readings for her just a bit odd. The cards do odd things, or jump decks.

I really need to throw out the deranged carnival tarot deck. The art is hideous and the cards all have sharp edges..
