Over the weekend, I received a number of calls from some of our more visible contacts. Seems that while nothing is on fire at the moment, they're bent out of shape and worried over the lack of contact we've had with them (It's sort of like a bad romantic comedy. There's a distinct "You only ever call when something's wrong!" flavor to these calls) and I think the only way to calm them down and show them nothing's going to blow up is some face-to-face meetings.

Amanda, could you purchase plane tickets and book me into hotels for the list of cities that are on your desk, please? I'll want to leave first thing tonight or tomorrow morning at the very latest.

As none of these are the hottest of the vacation spots, obviously I'm still on call if anything comes up at the office. (In other words, please let there be something eventually so I can get out of these damned meetings.)

I'll be sequestrating myself in one of the lesser used meeting rooms for most of the day so I can make sure I get any outstanding projects and work done before I high off to oh so exciting locals.

Um, Amanda hasn't been in the office for about two weeks now? She was checking into something for Amara, I believe.

Anyways, your tickets are purchased and you're pre-checked for your flight tomorrow morning.
