Vacation is over. I want everybody to get packed up and get back into New York. We can't do our jobs properly out here with a jury-rigged system. The office is in good condition, and according to Doug, all the systems can be made operational in a few hours. That's step one.

Step two is don't make any immediate plans. We are not going to jump to any conclusions. Doug's talking to Frost's sister right now, to get a more expanded report about exactly what happened. Sofia, Betts, if you can follow that up with her and Kyle Gibney, telepathic reconstruction if they'll agree, hypnosis, anything to get every last detail.

The rest of you, this was a professional hit. Someone knew the car, the route, and the power level to use. Every local contact you have, start them talking. Ask hard if you need to, consider this a priority. Once we've got a little more information, we'll start directing the search in a more focused manner.

If Wisdom and the others are alive, we're going to find them. If not, we're going to find who did it, and we'll going to kill every single person involved in this. Consider that a fucking promise.

Thank god. Everything here is beige and burgundy with dark wood. It's making me claustrophobic.

If I can find Betsy, I'll "very sleepy" the kids before I go. Oh, and if they're not dead, can we still kill everyone involved in this? The boy brought me coffee.

I'm already on my way to the office. I've got a couple of places I can ask questions of, so I'll go by there later on. What else do you need from me? Besides putting my name down to killing these people dead when we find them.

Sabretooth lead the hit. There were others with him, but she's not sure how many or who. Physical augment, an energy projector possibly, someone with a gun.

It's bad. We're looking at at least two casualties - Dani's throat was cut and Garrison's arm was ripped clean off. Jay's wings too, but his healing factor might have managed to save him. Pete... Pete got shot several times, not sure where, but he went down fighting.

Sof, Adrienne's a right mess with what her powers showed her. I know she's not one of ours, but she could do with an eye being kept on her, please.

This is a kill mission, when we find them.

I just landed in Madrid. I have... at least one person I can contact for information. If it was Sabretooth, I cannot imagine Magneto was far behind.

How quick was the response after it happened? Do we know if they'd have had a chance to take them any distance?
