Fire up the discovery engines!

I am returned. I am also drunk, and very angry. I have been up all night, reading, putting things in order. I will shortly die. But first:

Remy will recall a certain warehouse last year, that Shaw was moving many things through. I was there looking for leverage on the bastard, and just before everything went all explodey (and I don't remember if I ever thanked you for saving my life that day Amanda, but I certainly should have), I was looking at the docket for what he was moving through there. There were many suspicious things on there, including something that I now strongly suspect was something that those EOE bastards were involved in (which is why I went to Hong Kong). It took some doing, given what happened, but I've just chased down what else was going through that warehouse around then, and found something that fucking stinks. Nothing to do with the EOE as far as I know, but it needs looking at, and in all probability, stamping on right goddamn now.

As far as I am able to determine, a German industrialist by the name of Von Strucker has bought a sample of Kevin MacTaggart's DNA. What little I know of the bastard suggests he is not the respectable figure his PR would suggest, but I know very little concrete.

So: I want him worked up, I want to know why he's got the sample, where it is, and what he's doing with it. If it turns out he's doing anything less saintly than developing a cure for cancer and distributing it for free, then I want it taken off him, and his operation shut down, and all records of it destroyed. At the very least, experience tells us that playing with that DNA just isn't fucking safe, and my bastard sense tells me that we are not dealing with "the very least" here.

The bad news, children, is that I will not be able to help very much. Getting this much required me to make certain promises, and while I'll be about for the next day or two, maybe even a week, I am shortly to be off to Saudi to do a favour for some friends. If all goes well, I'll be stopping off in Israel on the way back, too, since I haven't seen Dom in months, but I'll let you know once I'm done in Saudi, in case I'm needed back here in a hurry.

One more thing: I haven't told the madwoman of Muir about this. Until this is done, I would prefer that she learn nothing of it, unless it turns out she has vital specialist knowledge.
