I would like to take this time to express my feelings on this subject, but it's mostly just four-letter expletives. Besides, Remy swears better than me anyway, despite my speaking more languages.
Suffice to say that "light electronic surveillance" will be kicked up a couple notches. Past that, I can take a stab at pulling info down on the Guilds, but you're still the guy with the knowledge there. I guess mostly I just hope and pray I can somehow shake something loose, either on the events in Vegas or here.
