Neither Xorn nor Dr. Essex seem to appear on my precognitive radar at all. This concerns me a great deal. Dr. Essex I can understand - from what I recall, he is immune to telepathy? If precognition is psionic I suppose that would count.
Xorn, however, worries me. I would have thought that someone that seemingly important would have some impact on the future. Or perhaps he does and is blocking my power? Or he is just too large for me to see anything about him? Or it could be any number of other reasons, but I have nothing about him.
I hate not knowing. I think I've mentioned that a few times.
