I'm not taking any chances with whatever they're prepping for down in New Orleans, and I have suspicions about what it could be. Wanda, get a team together and get down there. Link up with Jubilee and get creative with ideas for dealing with the facility. I want options by the time I reach you.
I want operational silence down there. New Orleans is an extremely delicate situation right now, and there's a few potential disasters waiting. I'll have more information later.
