Protip, Jubes: when you use your actual passport to go visit your family, I don't know that it counts as an alias. ;-)
(I know, when was the last time one of us used our own passport for something?)
((Actually, I get to use mine to go home for Christmas. With my sister. Let me just say how excited I am for that. Oh wait, the opposite.))
Anyway, there's a pre-Christmas festival of lights in Lyon, which is probably what she went there for. http://www.metafilter.com/98517/Maybe-next-year
