59 times is a very conservative underestimation. Most of this stuff you've already had the first pass at as it's come in through the network. I need you to do what I normally do, which is the next step. Sift through, flag what you see as a potential lead that needs following up on, or an indicator of something more, and then review them with Betts and Pete material, prioritize them and help them in crafting appropriate follow up responses.
