>>>So what do you have to do to become a high priority?<<<

Pose a clear and present danger. Essex is morally horrible, yes, but then, so am I.

The reason I called him a walking Grand Jury investigation and not "war crimes tribunal" is that I don't know (and I suspect almost no-one really does) how many of the things he's accused of can be definitively laid at his door (and by the same token, I don't know what he's done but not been accused of). So I want him watched, and a little digging done, for now, and if we turn up something we can actually convict him of, then we can re-evaluate the bastard. But since we have limited resources, and he does not so far as I know pose a threat to anyone's life, we're not about to drop everything and go after him.

>>>The guy was indirectly responsible for one of the worst days of my life, and I sure didn't miss the way Betsy wanted to stab his eye with the point of her shoe.<<<

And just so we're clear: if any of you wish to hunt him, or anyone else you have taken a dislike to, down and kill him on your own time, I will not stand in your way, as long as you do so in a manner that cannot be traced back to you or generally cause problems for this operation. But if it causes problems for Snow Valley, then you can expect to be hung out to dry very fast indeed.

Also, as a general rule, I don't recommend killing people just because you don't like them, or think that they might be a bit naughty.

But you knew that.
